Tribe Government must be Federally Recognized for TRIBAL ID to be accepted for Notarizations

An identification card issued by a federally recognized tribal government

Inmate MUST be incarcerated in order to use INMATE CARD/IDENTIFICATION ITEM

 An inmate identification card issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation if the inmate is in prison or any form of inmate identification issued by a sheriff’s department if the inmate is in custody in a local detention facility 

 California Notaries may accept ID cards issued by foreign consulates as proof of a signer’s identity but there are some restrictions. In order to be accepted, the consular ID must be current or issued in the past 5 years, have a serial or identification number, and contain the signature, photograph, and description of the bearer. 

 An ID that does not meet the above requirements cannot be accepted as satisfactory evidence of a signer’s identity in California.  

Juanito Salinas Innovations reserves the right to decline service to anyone and anybody at anytime.

Juanito Salinas Innovations reserves the right to not accept ANY Form of Identification deemed to not have the required items listed in "Important Notice #2".

Juanito Salinas Innovations reserves the right to NOT perform any Notary Public Services if the following are met:

1. Non-Safe Situation

2. Client/Customer is breaking the law with Notary Public service

3. Client/Customer's rights will be violated with Notary Public Service

4. JSI Notary Public is uncomfortable performing Notary Public Service

Physical and Electronic Copies of any Form of Identification will NOT be accepted for Notary Services

Photos of any Form of Identification will NOT be accepted for Notary Services

"Customer" must have Physical/Original form of Identification on hand BEFORE any Notary Service can be started

1. Contain persons Photograph
2. Physical Description
3. Signature
4. Serial Number

Any form of Identification that does NOT include ALL items listed in 1-5 will NOT be accepted
